Noel is a military veteran who served in the Strategic Air Command of the United States Air Force. He is a graduate of Liberty University and Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. Noel is currently pursuing his doctorate degree at Whitefield Theological Seminary with a concentration in pastoral theology.

Noel has served in pastoral ministry for over 27 years and has had the privilege of preaching the gospel in a number of places to include Russia, Colombia, Haiti, and the Philippines. In addition to preaching and pastoral ministry, Noel has been  involved in Christian education having served on the board of Good Shepherd Ministries International, a ministry providing Christian education for over 1,500 Haitian children on three separate campuses. Noel has also served as vice president and Dean of Western North Carolina Bible Institute and the Bible teacher for Western Carolina Rescue Ministries. Since 2006 Noel has served as the pastor of Calvary Fellowship Church in Mills River, NC.

Noel has been married to Marcia for 32 years and has four grown children (Kasey, Hollis, Haley, and Samuel) as well as four grandchildren (Tatum, Asher, Ellie, and Iain).

Ren Decatur is a U.S. Guard Vietnam-era veteran (1962-68), after which he attended college on the GI Bill. He retired after having taught college/university English courses (Composition, Critical Thinking, Humanities, British and World Literature) for over 30 years. He is a graduate (cum laude) of UNC-Charlotte (B.A. English, 1974) and of the Univ. of Idaho (M.A. English, 1984), with independent post-graduate work at the University of Vienna (Austria,1985). He has taught at the Univ. of Idaho, Western Carolina Univ., UNC-Asheville, Brevard College, and Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College, from which he retired in 2011, at age 67. He has been married to his wife, Mary Beth (also a retired university educator in French, Spanish, and Education), for 24 years. Together they have four children, eight grandchildren, and have lived in the Asheville area for 40 years.

Kelly is a Senior Client Specialist with The PGG Group of R.W. Baird in Hendersonville. She has been in the financial industry for 23 years and worked in various roles over the years. Kelly completed her financial licenses in 2003, and she has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Montreat College. She has worked in education as a parent and Sunday School teacher for many years. Kelly has two beautiful daughters.

Jim has been married for over 40 years and has five children. Jim was born in Raleigh, NC and has lived in the Western North Carolina area for many years. Jim is a trustee at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jim has received several bachelor's degrees, master's degrees, and doctoral degrees from Southern California Seminary, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Knox Theological Seminary, and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jim has also been involved in real estate since 1979 in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida.

Joe grew up on Long Island New York where he was a bagel baker for 20 years. Joe graduated from the state university of New York and North Greenville University with degrees in business administration and Christian Studies. Following graduation from North Greenville, he taught as a primary teacher in a classical Christian school on Long Island. He taught 7 years at Hendersonville Christian School until 2012. In 2011 Joey's New York Bagels opened in Hendersonville, NC and in 2015 a second location opened in Fletcher, NC. His desire has always been to see an affordable Classical Christian School open in the area, believing it to be the very best education available today.

Gary is an elder at Calvary Fellowship in Mills River, NC and is involved in teaching classes, small groups and one-on-one discipleship. Gary employed for 21 years at Kimberly Clark Corp with experience in research, product development, technical service, new business development, sales, marketing, and sales management. Gary worked an additional 17 years in sales management for multiple companies in the beauty and barber industry. He served 3 years in the United States Marine Corps with combat experience in Vietnam. He earned a B.S. in Life Sciences from the University of Wisconsin. Gary has been married for over 50 years to his lovely wife Diane.
